Children's Author Sherri Rinker Visits South Point Elementary

Sherri Rinker, a New York Times Best Selling Children’s Author, visited South Point Elementary on Thursday, Feb. 8.

Rinker spoke to South Point students in grades second, third and fourth about her writing career and also promoted her new book, “Tiny and The Big Dig.”

Rinker, who was the special guest author at last year’s Family Reading Night, visited schools in Franklin County during the week with Dawn Kitchell, owner of Neighborhood Reads Bookstore in Washington.
